We were approached by the client to replace his old existing counter and install an eye catching wall hung dry ager. The brief was to replace the counter within the same footprint but install a new more energy efficient counter that was modern, remotely engineered and something that his customers would notice. The wall hung dry ager was a way of offering something new to his customers at the same time as not taking up too much space in his shop.
